At Esteamed, we take the work that we do very seriously. That is why unlike our competition we pre-treat every carpet. This is the most commonly skipped step when it comes to apartment turnover. We then rinse the carpet with a neutral pH rinse to stabilize the carpets pH, which reduces re-soiling and eliminates those pesky spots that re-appear days after cleaning. We also groom the carpet and put in a pattern that appeals to potential residents. Why do we do all of this? QUALITY! We consistently put out the best product available and because of this we have grown from one to five service trucks in our 12 years of business. We don’t plan to stop with just five however. We are confident that you will try our service and love it.
